Irritation emotional disturbance and many other early messengers send the signals that a person is suffering anger. Anger can be a motivation for those who understand it. If a person can channelize anger in equation it can be very useful especially in the modern life circumstances. When a person gets early signs of anger they should take proper action. Anger can be situational but its consequences are long term. We shouldn’t overreact on situational straying nervous energy. Anger is a defensive response mechanism of life.
