Life is the game of compromises. Most of us are coping within our daily lives. When the maid is late we are coping; under pressure at work, managing an illness, the heart breaks, the face offs ,We manage. That management of accepting what we don’t want to have is coping skill. Some people are good at coping, They adopt and survive. The question is how well are we coping? There are constructive and the damaging ways of coping or adopting .
ProblemS be it large or small should be tackleded with strategies and plan.That is the right coping skill.
